Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Good morning/afternoon, My name is Elicionne Washington, I am a researcher for the true-crime series, For My Man. I am reaching out to request records and documents on the following homicide case:
Victim(s): Shaquelle Walker Jr
Suspect/Accused: Jonay Robinson
Date of Crime: July 5, 2021
Location of Crime / Time: Donovan drive (Buffalo) or there about

6. Video police interview (or audio, if video unavailable) of any witnesses

8. Any crime scene videos associated with the investigation
9. Booking photo of the defendant(s): JASMINE RIVERA
10. Any other videos, documents, etc. related to this case

Your Freedom of Information Law request (attached) is denied. The request seeks records concerning People v Jonay Robinson, ECDA Legacy No. 01208-2021. A notice of appeal was filed on August 30, 2023. The request is denied because the case is under appeal and disclosure will interfere with the appeal and any other proceedings (Public Officers Law § 87[2][e][i],[ii]).
You may appeal this determination to John Feroleto, Deputy District Attorney.
