Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
- Please provide an equipment list of all the radio, radiofrequency, radar, electronic, sonic, acoustic and electromagnetic equipment, installed or handheld, that the Borough of Etna, the Borough of Etna Police Department and the Borough of Etna Fire Department have and / or use as equipment.
- Along with the above equipment list, please provide the respective manufacturers’ name, when the item was purchased and the cost to the taxpayer.
- If any of the above equipment was not a direct cost to the Borough of Etna resident tax base, please note how the equipment was acquired and from what source or agency, it was obtained.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
