Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
Attention Borough of Etna Freedom of Information Officer:
- Please provide the education level of Mary Ellen Ramage, including the names of the schools, the universities and any other institutions attended, including other training and certificates earned.
- Please provide the dates attended and / or graduated from these schools and / or institutions.
- Please indicate whether any of this education or course work was subsidized by any taxpayer dollars.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I think that the Borough of Etna taxpayers and residents have a right to know Mary Ellen Ramage's education level, in light of the 2017 salary of $80,628 that she is drawing.
According to Wikipedia and the census records, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etna,_Pennsylvania, "(sic) The median income for a household in the borough was $31,529, and the median income for a family was $41,577. Males had a median income of $31,386 versus $23,601 for females. The per capita income for the borough was $17,580. About 7.5% of families and 9.2% of the population were below the poverty line, including 12.0% of those under age 18 and 17.5% of those age 65 or over."
