Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any policy manual, employee procedure manual, or folder of collected policies which guide police operations.
The original format of the documents is acceptable (i.e. PDF, doc, .txt, etc).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Please allow this letter to serve as a response to your recent request for records from the Borough of Etna in accordance with the Right-to-Know Law.
Your request sought: "Any policy manual, employee procedure manual, or folder of collected policies which guide police operations".
This request is granted in part and denied in part. After reasonable search and investigation, the Borough produces the redacted Etna Borough Police Department Policy Manual as of July 2, 2024, which may be accessed via the following link: https://cfwws.box.com/s/ba7dxouo37zsk4orfvco2axu5ndcg1rf.
The Borough has not produced policies, the disclosure of which would jeopardize public safety within the meaning of 65 P.S. §67.708(b)(2) (see, e.g., Widener v. Harrisburg, AP 2022-0580 (OOR 2022), enclosed herewith). The policies withheld (including documents referenced in said policies) are:
