ProPublica: Anti-heterosexual hate crimes (Eugene Police Department)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following documents:

Any and all incident reports (including descriptions of the crime) that have been marked or investigated as potential hate crimes motivated by anti-heterosexual bias since Jan. 1, 2010.

This request is made as part of the Documenting Hate Project, a collaboration involving dozens of news organizations, led by ProPublica. Coverage from the project is compiled at https://projects.propublica.org/graphics/hatecrimes#hatecrime-coverage.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
