Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all emails sent and received by Assistant Commonwealth Attorney Maha Abejuela between August 1, 2011 and March 7, 2012.
While Ms. Abejuela is now employed by the Office of the Fairfax County Attorney, she has remained a county employee since leaving employment as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney. Ms. Abejuela's emails can certainly be obtained by DIT for the period requested, either at the direction of her current employer, the County Attorney, or at the direction of Commonwealth Attorney Ray Morrogh, her supervisor during this time period.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
