In your list of requested records, it was not noted that you wanted call audio and CAD records and that is why it was forwarded to the police department for response. Now that this office is aware you are requesting records in our custody, it will be processed within the confines of the FOIA regulations.

Hello-

I just received the requested FOYA information, but there is nothing there. The caller and phone number are blocked out, though we know it was a relative named Cyd Weissman, calling from Philadelphia. The call was so distorted that you could not hear the recording. Also, 90% of the call requests have been blocked out - so much that there is nothing there.

We need and are entitled to the original full unredacted call and report. To date, we have paid for NOTHING. There are also police video cams which were also not provided.

Please forward the full file as requested.

Thank you,

Ms. Gold

From: Fairfax County Department Of Public Safety Communications

Please refer to the response letter for the redactions and you would need to contact the Police department for bodycam video.
