Mistral Group contracting

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

- B2B opportunities opportunities posted by the Mistral Group (also known as Mistral Security) to MatchForce between January 1, 2014 and the present day;
- Contract applications by the Mistral Group sent through Match Force between January 1, 2014 and the present day; and
- Contracts awarded to the Mistral Group through Match Force between January 1, 2014 and the present day.

MatchForce is a contracting portal run by the North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC). According to its website, NCMBC is "a statewide business development and technology transition entity of the State of North Carolina, embedded in community colleges and headquartered at Fayetteville Technical Community College."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
