Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting access to and copies of all public records related to the high-speed pursuit and arrest of Jonathan Costa on August 27, 2024, involving a stolen Ferrari Spider and law enforcement activity in both St. Johns and Flagler Counties.
Specifically, I request:
All body-worn camera footage from Flagler County deputies involved in the pursuit, perimeter setup, and arrest of the suspect(s) at the residence on Royal Palm Lane in Palm Coast.
All dashcam footage from patrol units engaged in the pursuit or arrest.
Any aerial surveillance footage used by Flagler County deputies or supporting agencies.
Arrest and incident reports filed by Flagler County Sheriff’s deputies
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
