Request for Body Cam Footage of Arrest on March 25, 2024

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Location: Walmart, Palm Coast, Florida
Suspect: Amber McCann, 30
Incident Summary: Deputies responded to a call about a shoplifter at Walmart in Palm Coast. The suspect, Amber McCann, was seen passing all points of sale without paying for over $1,030 worth of merchandise. She fled on foot but was later located. Upon questioning, she admitted to the theft. A search of her vehicle led to the discovery of stolen goods, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a locked bag containing methamphetamine and alprazolam. A further search uncovered four bags containing 62 grams of methamphetamine. McCann was arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including grand theft, possession of narcotics, and trafficking methamphetamine.
I am requesting copies of all body-worn camera footage from officers who:

Responded to the Walmart for the shoplifting complaint.
Made contact with Amber McCann.
Conducted the search of her vehicle and found the narcotics.
Transported her to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
