Any progress? This request is only for a document that has the criminal statute that the State of Florida relied upon to gain plaintiff status and standing in State v. Huminski, 17-MM-815. This will advance the interests of justice because a federal civil rights lawsuit is being prepared and this information would help. If the State was a legitimate party with standing in State v. Huminski, a complaint with the USDC would not be necessary.
Thus, your production would enhance judicial economy and advance the interests of justice by potentially preventing a civil rights lawsuit.

This request has been reduced to documents responsive in the year 2017 and the months of June, July and August. The entirety of the record on appeal contains one (1) document authored by the State of Florida on 9/17/2017, a stipulation to modify conditions of release without a crime mentioned. There are not 3750 pages of the record authored by the State of Florida related to the case. There exists one (1) page in the entire record authored by the State.
The record on appeal contains no document authored by the State in June, July or August 2017. The 2407 page record on appeal contains no mention of a criminal statute supportive of the State's position as a plaintiff or supportive of standing of the State of Florida as a party to the case. Thus, this request seeks covert or behind-the-scenes documentation that justified the State's participation as plaintiff pursuant to a criminal statute. The only statute consistently mentioned in the record on appeal is F.S. 900.04 which does not define a statutory crime.
Please supply a document from the above date range that specifies the Statute relied upon by the State that covertly, behind closed doors, supported the State's participation in State v. Huminski. DO NOT SEARCH DOCUMENTS IN THE RECORD ON APPEAL WHICH CONTAINS ONLY F.S. 900.04. This request concerns weaponization of criminal justice in Florida, a heinous morally depraved act and a vast abuse of power that led to the suicide of the low level prosecutor Anthony Kunasek and caused shock and injury to the body and mind of Huminski.
Stop the cover-up. Persons involved in the official crimes required to accomplish the State v. Huminski lawfare are still actively employed in the justice system. As plaintiff, the State can easily identify the 2017 covert document that initiated the case or admit no responsive documents that supported the morally bankrupt State sponsored terrorism/harassment/lawfare in State v. Huminski.

Please respond to the amended request.
The 2 federal cases containing filings (motions to intervene) detailing the official crime and corruption in State v. Huminski were Disney v. DeSantis and Equality Florida v. DeSantis. Prosecutor Mr. Kunasek was allegedly gay so the equality florida case filing may have caused a psychological crisis leading to his suicide by gunshot wound to the head. Also rumored is that his supervisor, State's Attorney Amira Fox may have thrown him under the bus regarding the vast constitutional violations related to the initiation and prosecution of State v. Huminski.
