Any progress? This request is only for a document that has the criminal statute that the State of Florida relied upon to gain plaintiff status and standing in State v. Huminski, 17-MM-815. This will advance the interests of justice because a federal civil rights lawsuit is being prepared and this information would help. If the State was a legitimate party with standing in State v. Huminski, a complaint with the USDC would not be necessary.
Thus, your production would enhance judicial economy and advance the interests of justice by potentially preventing a civil rights lawsuit.
