Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all case files, disciplinary files, investigative files or other records that underly or further explicate or justify the summarization provided in the Brady list attached to this email, provided to me by the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office through a public records request on January 30, 2025.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Good afternoon,
Insofar as some of these are open/pending investigations, we would have no responsive public records.
A number of these cases/investigations are being conducted outside our jurisdiction, as such we would have no responsive public records.
Finally, as regard pending prosecutions, we anticipate it will take us well over five hours to review each case to determine whether we have responsive records and then to review/redact same. We charge $50/hour for labor. Because we do not have the staff to devote such time to one request, we would have to work on this piecemeal. Accordingly, we can begin with the first 5 hours of this project and the cost of this labor will be $250 (made payable in advance of the work being commenced). If you would like to proceed this way, please send me a check, made payable to the State Attorney's Office, in the amount of $250 and we will get started upon receipt of same. Due to the various other requests we process daily, completion of this labor should occur within two to three weeks after payment is received.
