Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. Emails sent to or from* any of the officials listed below and any email address ending with *gov.il, *aipac.org, *adl.org, *aipacpac.org or *standwithus.com:
- Representative Hillary Cassel and/or her staffers;
- Representative Susan Valdés and/or his staffers.
2. Emails between the offices of Representative Cassel, Representative Valdés, and Representative Randy Fine including one or more of the following non-case-sensitive keystrings: "Israel", "Hamas", "Islam", "Arab", "Muslim".
* By "sent to," I also mean emails CC'd or BCC'd to the people named.
You may limit the search to the dates between 1 November 2022 and the date this request is processed.
If any emails contain attachments, please include those attachments as well. If some portions of the requested records are properly exempt from disclosure, please disclose any reasonably segregable non-exempt portions of the requested records.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
