Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
All written communications from or to Katie Strickland from the following individuals:
Jason Weida,
Stefan Grow
Pedro Allende, or
John Schrader
between 1/1/2021 and the present, which are in reference to the hiring of Sketch Piers in his current capacity at the Agency for Health Care Administration.
All documents relevant to the hiring of Sketch Piers in his current capacity, including the qualifications of any other candidates considered, as well as any record of Piers' previous job performance, and previous salary rates, during his tenure with the State of Florida.
All allegations of misconduct, determinations of misconduct, investigations, communications or inquiries, either resolved or pending (to the extent they are public record pursuant to FL. Stat. Ch. 119) which reference Katie Strickland and have been directed to the above listed individuals in either an official capacity or to the respective agencies under their purview.
The travel requests, approvals, calendars, and all documents pertaining to official state travel including food and lodging expenses of both Katie Strickland and Sketch Piers from the dates 1/1/2021 to the present, including prospective travel that has not occurred but has generated responsive documents as of the date of this request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
