Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
- all communications between Sep. 1 and Oct. 11, 2024, to and from former Florida Department of Health general counsel John Wilson and the following Executive Office staff: Sam Elliot, Assistant General Counsel; Ryan Newman, General Counsel; and/or Jed Doty, Deputy General Counsel.
For the purposes of this request, this includes but is not limited to private email addresses used for government business, text messages, and any other medium subject to the Sunshine Law.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
