Thank you for your inquiry. Please find attached records in response to your public records request. These records are provided pursuant to Florida's Public Records Law, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. Portions exempt from public disclosure pursuant to the following have been redacted.
s.119.071(4)(d)2.a., F.S. Home addresses, home telephone numbers, photographs, and date of birth of active or former sworn or civilian law enforcement personnel and the other specified agency personnel is exempt from s.119.07(1) and s.24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution; and
s.119.071(2)(c)1.,F.S. Active criminal intelligence information and active criminal investigative information are exempt from s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution.
Access to records in the Department's custody is governed by State law, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and not by the Federal Freedom of Information Act. No provision is made for a waiver of fees under the Public Records Act. The production costs have been waived for this request because of the few pages and the request did not require extensive use of agency resources.
