Thank you for your follow-up regarding the email domains. I want to emphasize the importance of including all relevant communications within the scope of this Florida Sunshine Law request. Narrowing the search only to specific domains risks excluding responsive records—especially if Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) or the Governor’s Office has used alternative or additional domains at any point.

To that end, here are the known official domains for the Governor’s Office: • @eog.myflorida.com
• @myflorida.com

If other domains or aliases are—or have been—used by FDC or the Governor’s Office in any official capacity, they should be included in the search to ensure no records are overlooked. This would encompass any departmental subdomains or alternative addresses that personnel might have used to communicate about the topics in my request.

Given that Florida’s Sunshine Law mandates a broad and good-faith effort to produce all relevant records, I trust that FDC will be diligent in capturing all possible communications, regardless of whether they originate from or are forwarded through the addresses specifically listed above.

If you need further clarification or have details about other domains used by FDC or the Governor’s Office, please let me know. Otherwise, I look forward to your response regarding the estimated volume of responsive records and any associated costs for producing them.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Please limit your search to the following keywords:

"healthcare privatization"
"RFP review"
"bid selection"
"Centurion"
"Centene"
"Sullivan Brother"
"healthcare complaint"
"medical neglect"

Additionally, if you need a specific date range, please use January 1, 2022 to present.

I appreciate your assistance and would be grateful if you could let me know whether these changes will substantially reduce the estimated cost. Please feel free to contact me if there is any additional information needed or if further modifications can help lower the fee.

Thank you again for your time and cooperation, and I look forward to your response.

Your request will be assigned to the relevant department(s) and custodians to locate the information you seek and determine the volume of responsive records and any costs associated with satisfying your request. You will be contacted about the availability and/or provided with copies of the records in question.  If there is a cost associated with your request, prior to any records being prepared for release, you will need to make payment on the invoice that is issued in response to the responsive records. Once payment is received, the responsive records will be prepared for release, including the redaction of information that is exempt from public record.  This process will be done in order of payment receipt.
You can monitor the progress of your request at the link below and you'll receive an email when you have information to review or respond to, as well as at each step of the request through completion.  Again, thank you for using the Florida Department of Corrections Public Records Portal.
