Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of any complaint under Florida s. 501.1736, F.S., or otherwise referred to in the January 3, 2025, article published by USA Today (available at https://www.tallahassee.com/story/news/politics/2025/01/03/some-porn-sites-blocked-but-others-ignore-florida-age-verification-law/77401109007/ ("Chase Sizemore, spokesperson for Florida Attorney Ashley Moody, said in a Thursday afternoon email that Moody's office had received three complaints so far 'regarding pornographic websites failing to comply with age verification laws.' 'These complaints are currently under active review by our Enforcement Division,' Sizemore said. The office is responsible for enforcing the law.")).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
