Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
All available lists/inventories of
• special housing units
• confinement units
• close management units
• other limited communication/segregation units
within facilities under the jurisdiction of the Florida Department of Corrections system
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

There are no responsive lists or inventories as requested below. The following estimate reflects the special service charge for Classification Mgmt. to run various reports (that would reflect the type(s) of confinement located at each institution) for each of our 49 institutions and review and redact confidential/exempt information from them.
1 hr./institution x 49 institutions = 49 hours
49 hours x 16.35/hr. = $801.15
This is only an estimate. You may receive subsequent estimates or a refund as necessary. If you wish to proceed with making the payment please let me know and the estimate can be provided on the Department’s official form. Following receipt of payment in the form of check or money order payable to the Department of Corrections we will begin processing your request and keeping track of time spent vs. amount paid.
