Any formal or informal complaints, investigations, inquiries, notices, resignation letters, or any other communications which allege improper behavior on the part of, or describe interpersonal interactions with, Kathy Mears filed with Legislative Human Resources, Senate Administration, the Senate Secretary’s Office, the Senate Sergeant at Arms, or any other office within the Florida Senate within the past three years.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Office of Legislative Services maintains certain records on behalf of the Florida Senate; therefore, we consulted with their office in searching for potential records responsive to PRR #335.
