Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
A listing of all sanitation and safety inspections conducted by the Division of Hotels and Restaurants on public food service establishments from July 2016 - February 2023, including the full legal name of the inspector. In particular, I request a spreadsheet, database, or delimited text file(s) — not paper records or a PDF created from data — with the following columns/fields/variables:
- LICENSE_NO
- INSP_NO
- VISIT_NO
- INSP_DATE
- Full legal name of the inspector who conducted the given inspection/visit.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
