Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
All documents pertaining to the causes, effects and remedies of water shortages at Lowell Correctional Institution in the years 2017 and 2018, including but not limited to the water stoppage in July of 2017.
Internal memoranda related to the issue of sanitation, hygeine and water for the months of June, July, and August 2017 at Lowell and associated facilitaties (eg; Lowell Annex, Lowell CI), as well as for the months of February and March 2018.
All documents and internal memoranda pertaining to the distribution of water during July 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
