Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. Police reports and despatch transcripts/reports relating to calls for service from the Fairfield Marriott Inn & Suites Homestead in Florida City (60 SW 352nd Street, Florida City, FL 33034) on 05/19/22 and 05/20/22.
2. Police bodyworn footage/dash cam footage/audio recordings of interactions at the Fairfield Marriott Inn & Suites Homestead on 05/19/22 and 05/20/22 between officers and with hotel staff/guests.
3. Any subsequent internal emails related to calls for service from the above location and date.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have received and processed your recent Public Records Request. My search has found that your request regarding the incident occurring on 5/19/22 at the Fairfield Marriott Inn & Suites Homestead at 60 S.W. 352 Street, in Florida City was not a written report case. This matter was assigned case # 22005436 by our Department and our officer(s) responded but a report was not written. I have attached a CAD Report from our Communications Department of the call we received that day radio transmitted by the Miami-Dade Police Department to Florida City Police Department. In the event you are seeking the actual 911 tape recordings, you would need to request those directly from Miami-Dade Police Department.
This case does have officer Body Worn Camera footage and if you have not yet been contacted by Ms. Simpson from our Department, she will be assisting you with that portion of your request.
