All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents with Flock Safety.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In response to your FOIA Request received March 25, 2024, please see the requested records attached.
Signatures have been redacted from the report pursuant to Section 7 (1-c) of the Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/7) from Ch. 116, par. 207), noted as, "Unwarranted invasion of personal privacy." This is defined as, "the disclosure of information that is highly personal or objectionable to a reasonable person and in which the subject's right to privacy outweighs any legitimate public interest in obtaining the information."
To the extent that this response constitutes a denial of information, the person responsible for said denial is Bridget Wachtel, Village Manager. You have a right to a review of this denial by the Public Access Counselor, Office of the Attorney General (877.299.3642).
