Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Documents and information related to the upkeep costs of the Nathan Bedford Forrest Memorial in the Myrtle Hill Cemetery

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good Morning Mr. Shea,

Concerning your request for documents and information on the Nathan Bedford Memorial in Myrtle Hill Cemetery.
There is no upkeep directly related to the monument itself. We do general maintenance on the Veteran's Plaza where the monument is located.
General Maintenance is defined as grass cutting, leaf cleanup etc....
