Good Afternoon – please use this link to the agency’s Records Request platform https://forsythcountyga.nextrequest.com/documents and select the Documents tab. The agency’s Policy & Procedure manual is available to the public in this platform to review and download.
Records related to all allegations of domestic violence made against agency employees will need to be researched by the agency’s Office Of Professional Standards. We estimate approximately one month to research, retrieve, review, redact and produce any responsive records. If it is determined that there will be a cost to complete the related work for production, a pre-production estimate will be submitted to your for approval before we begin work on the request.
Thank You
