Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
- Any and all lists, spreadsheets or other organized datasets that detail potential or substantiated allegations of misconduct and/or impeached or impeachable testimony, created under Brady v. Maryland and/or Giglio v. United States.
- Any and all records regarding substantiated allegations of misconduct or violations of internal department policy or criminal law by specific law enforcement officers.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Following a legal review of your request for "[a]ny and all lists, spreadsheets or other organized datasets that detail potential or substantiated allegations of misconduct and/or impeached or impeachable testimony, created under Brady v. Maryland and/or Giglio v. United States, " we have enclosed a copy of our office's Brady List. With regard to your request for "[a]ny and all records regarding substantiated allegations of misconduct or violations of internal department policy or criminal law by specific law enforcement officers, our legal review has determined that we have no records other than the attached Brady List that is responsive to this request. The records or information you are requesting may be kept or maintained by the law enforcement agencies referenced in the attached Brady List. Our legal review of this request has determined that a public office has no duty to furnish records not in its possession or control. A copy of our office's PR-1 form is attached detailing the bases and legal justification for our responses to these requests.
