Any text messages, emails, letters, or any other records of written or digital communications between any employee of your agency and any representative of Mountain Valley Pipeline LLC, sent or received between April 5, 2018 and the date on which this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I'm writing to you regarding a public records requests recently filed with your office through MuckRock by Christopher Schiano seeking "Any text messages, emails, letters, or any other records of written or digital communications between any employee of your agency and any representative of Mountain Valley Pipeline LLC, sent or received between April 5, 2018 and the date on which this request is processed."
While Virginia law does require that public records requests be made by residents of Virginia, the law does allow out of state residents to file public records requests through proxy requesters who are residents of Virginia. The original request was completed on 4/16/18. Christopher Schiano never provided his physical address. Your subsequent request that included only a post office box number was completed on 5/9/18. If you would like to submit a new request from Muckrock Virginia LLC. with the physical address, I will be glad to respond appropriately. You have maintained a request date of April 12, 2018, however that request was completed and a new request will need to be made. Thank you.
