Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
the price of licenses for any electronic form software purchased by the City in the last five years
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning Kari,
I am confused about what you are looking for on your request. Are you wanting renewal software purchases or new software we have purchased in the past 5 years?
What about the windows software that came with a new computer?
I do not have a data base of this software and we have not purchased new software in the past 5 years.
Software companies are going to a subscription basis.
Rapid plan – annual Subscription
Autodesk Civil 3d – (one seat town owned, and pay for my person seat so I can use autocad at my desk) annual subscription
WAM
MICROMAIN - letting that expire
Adobe pro 2009 -
Office 2010, not purchased by the town. The County IT department installed.
Just this month I signed on with Facility Dude but that is a login over the internet type software and not installed on the computer.

Thanks for your reply. I can reduce the scope of my request to be a bit more clear: If the City has a subscription to Seamless Docs, I would like to request a copy of the PO, invoice, and the agreement for the software.
