Noel Ignatin File Request (Gary Police Department)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I request disclosure of any records that were prepared, received, transmitted, collected and/or maintained by the FBI, the Chicago Police Department, the Philadelphia Police Department, and the Gary, IN Police Department relating to Noel Ignatin. and the Provisional Organizing Committeee Marxist-Leninist.

I. I also request disclosure of any files or records that were received, transmitted, collected, and/or maintained by the FBI on an organization titled Provisional Organizing Committee (Marxist-Leninist), or “P.O.C”/”POC”, with the time frame of 1958 to 1966.
II. I also request disclosure of any files or records that were received, transmitted, collected, and/or maintained by the FBI on an organization titled Sojourner Truth Organization, with the time frame of 1969 to 1985.

I am Maks Bondarenko, an individual seeking information affiliated with the educational institution of the CUNY Graduate Center’s Biography and Memoir Master of Arts program, and this request is made for scholarly purposes, not for commercial use. As I am making a request for scholarly purposes, I am entitled to a waiver of fees on behalf of the CUNY Graduate Center and its Biography and Memoir Master of Arts program.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
