To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of any communications, correspondence, or other records held, sent, or received by the County Manager which relate to any artwork, photographs, or other materials in the Gaston County Museum. This request also seeks and includes records reflecting any effort to remove, replace, or address the photos by Grant Baldwin that were reportedly rejected or removed due to objections by the County Manager. This request is limited to records generated on or after January 1, 2022.
For purposes of this request, "communications, correspondence, or other records" includes, but is not limited to, any email messages, text messages, social media messages, letters, or memoranda. This request seeks public records irrespective of the ownership of the device, service, network, or medium on which they were sent, received, or maintained.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
Sincerely,
Adam Steinbaugh
