Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I would like to request for the interrogation video of Robert Springsteen who was interviewed by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.
Additionally, I also ask for Rachel Cooke' crime scene reports from January 10, 2002
and any recordings of 911 calls that are accessible.
as well as any additional case-related investigative materials and photos. Thanks Mahad

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office believes there are exceptions that apply to the records you requested. Your request has been sent to the Open Records Division of the Texas Office of the Attorney General for a determination. Attached is your copy of the letter sent to the TX Attorney General’s Office. You will also be receiving a copy of the AG Brief stating which exceptions we believe apply. The AG’s Office has up to 45 business days to respond to our request for a ruling. Once they issue their ruling, they will provide us a copy and you a copy of their determination. The records will be released or withheld in accordance with that ruling.
