Hello,
Thanks for your quick reply. I'm not sure I fully understand this - and my apologies for the confusion - am I to understand from this denial that your office does not retain email communications?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Alice

Would you be able to speak with me briefly on the phone?
My number is 608-609-2566.
Thanks,
