Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any written correspondence, including letters, emails, memoranda, and faxes, exchanged between the Georgia Department of Driver's Services and Apple Inc. or Google regarding the Digital Driver's License system between January 1, 2022, and the date of processing this public records request.
Any meeting minutes, agendas, or summaries of meetings, including phone or video conferences, held between representatives of the Georgia Department of Driver's Services and Apple Inc. or Google regarding the Digital Driver's License system during the same period specified above.
Any contracts, agreements, or memoranda of understanding entered into between the Georgia Department of Driver's Services and Apple Inc. or Google regarding the development, implementation, or management of the Digital Driver's License system.
Any reports, presentations, or studies prepared by Apple Inc. or Google and shared with the Georgia Department of Driver's Services pertaining to the Digital Driver's License system.
Any policies, guidelines, or directives issued by the Georgia Department of Driver's Services in relation to the use of Apple Inc.'s or Google's technology or services for the Digital Driver's License system.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
