Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All Information Bulletins and internal memos disseminated between 1/1/22-3/24/23 which contain one of the following keywords: "Cop City", "Public Safety Training Center" or "Domestic Terrorist".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Your check No. 0000010985 for $147.98 was returned, via U.S. mail, on May 9, 2023, with enclosed email correspondence with you regarding the updated total estimated reimbursement fee for production. Please see attached copy of mailed correspondence.
Please refer and respond directly to Joan Crumpler’s (Legal Division Director) email of May 10, 2023 to you with a new estimate of $377.47 (in light of your revised request regarding this matter).
If Ms. Crumpler does not hear back from you with a meaningful response by May 24, 2023, we must close this file.

I never received any communication from Joan Crumpler. There is no record of that in my email chain.
Can that message please be resent with an itemized invoice for the additional charges?
According to the record on this thread, payment was submitted on 4/28 and received on or before 5/9. Why did Joan send an updated cost then on 5/10?

Please make sure to track your request by the reference number. This will assist you in knowing the documents and timing of documents you have requested from this Department versus other agencies.
