Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All operating manuals, user guides, and training materials for the Georgia State Patrol's use of Barracuda Message Archiver or other Barracuda software.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Your open records request (set forth in the chain below) was referred to me for response on behalf of the Georgia Department of Public Safety. Your request has been assigned a reference number, OTHE16534124, which should be utilized in communications concerning this request.
As a preliminary matter, MuckRock has outstanding invoices for documents already produced by this Department. Thus, all further production tasks undertaken by this Department for MuckRock requests require prepayment until the total outstanding balance is paid in full. See O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71(d).
