Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Property tax bill data for all properties within Macon-Bibb County boundaries from January 1, 2017 to present (May 28, 2020). The data should include, but not necessarily be limited to:
-Bill number
-Tax type
-Name on the deed
-Property address
-Amount of original payment billed
-Date payment due
-Amount currently due
-Additional late charges or fees
I can accept this data in whatever data file format is easiest to export, such as CSV, Excel file types, or the entire database without conversion.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

We have received your request for the property tax data for all properties within Macon-Bibb County boundaries from January 1, 2017 to present.
We can provide PDFs of the original property tax bills. The bill number, tax type, taxpayer name, property address, amount of original tax due and date payment due are on the tax bills.
The additional information requested may be several reports. We would need to contact our vendor to create the reports. It may take a while to get the information and there will be a cost. At this time, I do not know the cost.
Please let me know if you would like me to provide the PDFs of the bills.

I am having trouble with the 2018 file. When I download and try to expand the zip file it says the "operation is not permitted." It looks like the other files opened without trouble. Could you try sending it again? If it's easier, you can email me directly here: katlyn@outliermedia.org.

We cannot guarantee the name on the deed. The Clerk of Superior Court maintains the deeds. Therefore, we cannot provide all of the information in your request. Please revise your request.
