Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, and reporting documents related to the $45,000 awarded to Glenn Ellyn Police Department for the FY24 Organized Retail Crime Grant program.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As stated in the response letter to your original FOIA request, “although the Glen Ellyn Police Department was awarded the $45,000.00 for the FY24 Organized Retail Crime Grant, we declined the funds and are not part of this Grant program”. There is no signed agreement to provide to you for the $45,000.00, or any other reporting documents, as it pertains to the Grant.
