Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

Any and all written records (including but not limited to hard-copy documents, memos, emails, word processor documents, PDF documents, PowerPoint files, etc.) created, written, sent, forwarded, CCed, BCCed, or received by members of the police department which contain one or more of the following words, terms, or phrases (case-insensitive):

“How I Got Shot”
“dog poop”
“Important Public Service Announcement”
“The term (N word) Rigged’ is no longer acceptable, effective immediately it will now be referred to as ‘Presidential Solution’”
“Somewhere in Kenya a village is missing its idiot”
“Chains we can believe in”
“Don’t blame me, I voted for the American”

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
