The incident report from the officer involved shooting involving Jaquyn Light that occurred in January 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We are in receipt of your April 6, 2021 correspondence seeking a police incident report concerning the shooting of Jaquyn Light. We have nothing to provide in that regard, since all documents arising out of a criminal investigation are confidential and "are not public records" by virtue of N.C.G.S. § 132-1.4(a).
