Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Any emails, text messages, social media messages, or other correspondence sent to or from Chief Steve Whitlock or Assistant Chief Cliff Schriefer relating to or mentioning Robert Royce or grantvillecorruption.com. This request is limited to correspondence sent or received on or after December 1, 2021.
2. A copy of any document or records the Grantville Police Department encouraged others to "read for yourself what this person's endgame is" in a January 19, 2022, Facebook post available at https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=236487461973286&id=100068361015560.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

We estimate the cost for search, retrieval, compilation, review and preparation will take approximately 8 hours - .25 = 7.75 hrs at a rate of $18.60/hr which equals an estimated total cost of $144.15. This is just an estimate. You will be charged for the actual cost of time spent responding.
The responsive records will be provided as soon as practicable, or by the close of business Thursday, May 12, 2022.

It's my understanding that orr was already completed and complied with. If Royce has not received it, then how is he posting emails that would of been contained in his request?
