Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

2. Receipts, confirmations and correspondence related to any and all lodging arrangements, transportation, including but not limited to air and ground transportation, meals, incidental expenses, and any other event-related expenses arranged, coordinated, sponsored, and/or paid for by any of the entities listed above.
3. Calendars, calendar invites, and other scheduling records for the Sheriff related to any and all events and meetings.
The search for records requested above may be limited between January 1, 2024 through to the date of your final response.
The search for records should include emails, attachments, both sent and received, scheduling records, text messages, mobile-phone-based/computer-based text communications including but not limited to Telegram, Signal, WhatsApp, materials received from postal mail, handouts, agendas, meeting packets and any other records containing the keywords and email domains in the request.
Please note that the Sheriff and staff are acting in their official capacity when coordinating matters with outside entities, such as the CSPOA, that relate to official business. The search for records should also include all email accounts used to conduct official business, including personal email addresses such as a "gmail" or "yahoo" account.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
