The 1033 request form, receipt, and any other relevant processing documents for the "PACKBOT 510 WITH FASTAC REMOTELY CONTROLLED VEHICLE" (NSN: 1385-01-593-6219) in possession of the Greeley, CO Police Department.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hi Rosemary,
Apologies for the earlier email. Can you please cite the statute that allows your department to require a Drivers License and form filled out? Under Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-72-205(1)e, I believe that this was a valid public records request, and I can't find any requirements for photographic identification nor special forms once a valid request is submitted.

Mr. Welch, After a review of our policy I have confirmed that your email request for this information is sufficient. Due to the ease in retrieving this information there also is not a charge.
I have been advised that there are no request forms; the request was processed via the DRMO internet site. The PackBot 510 was shipped via UPS. The device is inventoried in the online DRMO database that is open for public viewing and download. Please refer to that website if you wish to view information other than the property review document that I have attached.
