Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the current contract between the County and the current vendor for inmate communication services at the County Correctional / Detention Facility. This may encompass telecommunication, kiosk, and mobile tablet services. I am requesting that the information provided contain the term and expiration date of the current contract (including any optional contract extensions), as well as the current telecommunications provider and the services currently being provided pursuant to the agreement.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Please see the three attachments I have sent to you in response to your records request of September, 5th, 2018. Attached is the Telmate-GCSO Contract # 14-551, Amendment #1 for 14-551, and Amendment #2 for 14-551. There were no fees accrued at this time for this request as this information had been recently requested and researched under a similar request by another party.
Should you have further questions you may contact our office directly at (417) 868-4040 or (417) 829-6222. Please note in the future if you send me emails to nwhite@greenecountymo.gov<mailto:nwhite@greenecountymo.gov> from the Muck Rock Media email address our system sends it to quarantine file because it identified it as a spam email or containing a virus. This may have been the issue with the first email you forwarded with this request dated March 14th, 2018 as I do not see where I received any such request at that time.

Mr. Torres,
Good evening. As of September 10th, 2018 at 18:50 hours (CST) I have forwarded, via an email to this address, three attachments concerning your records request of September 5th, 2018. It was my understanding that on September 5th, 2018 you requested copies of any and all contracts and/or amendments to those contracts between TelMate and Greene County Sheriff's Office. Attached to the September 5th 2018 request was also a previous dated request of March 14th 2018 of which I never received. As my previous response indicated your emails from Muck Rock Media show up as a spam email or a virus and are quarantined. I do not know if this is what caused the problem with the March 14th email, but I did not receive it until September 5th, 2018.
Upon receiving your September 5th request I also reviewed the March 14th request. Both appear to be requesting the exact same documentation. At this time I consider both these request completed. Should you feel I have misunderstood your request please feel free to contact me at (417) 829-6222.
