Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Information related to the current bulk fuel contracts (gasoline, diesel, etc.). Documents would include; RFP that was used for current contract, Bid tabulations, Award, amendments and estimated annual usage. If a fuel contract does not exist, please provide County fuel purchasing procedures.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Mr. Seim,
The Greene County Transit Board does not currently purchase fuel in bulk instead the fuel for our vehicles is purchased at local gasoline stations by the company the Transit Board contracts with for the operation and maintenance of our service. As a result we do not have any records associated with the purchase of bulk fuel. We do however reimburse the contractor for the cost of fuel. Attached you will find our latest usage and cost report.
There is no fee for fulfilling this request.
