This FOIA request was made on August 28, 2023. Unfortunately this request was not fulfilled or acknowledged within state or Federal law. Because of this and the irreparable this failure has caused we will appeal this issue for a FIOA appeals hearing.

To the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission:
I hereby submit an appeal concerning non-compliance with the provisions outlined in CT. Gen. Stat. € 1-210 (2012). The statute clearly mandates that a response must be provided within four business days subsequent to a request for public documents. Contrary to these stipulated guidelines, the response time has egregiously surpassed 38 days, and as of the date of this communication, the requested documents remain undelivered. Immediate attention and remedial action in accordance with the aforementioned statute are earnestly sought.
