Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
•Bodycam Footage in the mall and of the search at the suspect’s residence
•Crime scene photos
•Contents at the suspect’s residence
•Photos of the interior of the suspect’s residence
•Witness statements
•CCTV footage at the mall
•Contents of the Suspect’s phone
•Photos of the suspect’s social media
•Any photos of the suspect that haven’t been released, even photos years prior to the shooting
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
If you regard any of the requested records as subject to exemption from required disclosure under the law, I hereby request that you exercise your discretion and disclose them nonetheless.
If you decide to withhold any requested records, please do not deny the entire request and release information available under the law. If you cannot fulfil certain parts of this request or certain portions must be redacted please provide any reasonable segregable portion of a requested record after reducing or removing these portions claimed to be exempt. I ask you to explain why the portion had to be redacted and what was redacted.
