Hello,
Thanks for getting back to me. I wondered if it would be possible to limit my request to a lesser amount of pages to reduce processing fees. What I was thinking was as many as can be done for no charge plus an additional $100 worth. Please let me know if this would be all right.
Thank you!

Ms. Robinson:
A portion of the records in the Sheriff's possession consist of computer-stored reports and records of the incident and investigation. These could be more easily reviewed and redacted as necessary than the huge volume of paper records. Although the cost of staff time to review, redact, and produce the computerized records, after the two free hours, would be in excess of $100.00, the Sheriff's Office would agree to waive the fee in excess of that amount.
If you would like to focus your request to the computer-stored records, please send a money order or certified check in the amount of $100.00, payable to:
Washington County Sheriff's Office
Attn: Capt. Todd Kerns
500 Western Maryland Parkway
Hagerstown, MD 21740
I hope that this accommodates your request.

Ms. Robinson,
I have completed your request and redacted personal identifiers from the reports. The file exceeds MuckRock's maximum size of 5.2 MB. If you provide me an email address, I could share the information with you if that is acceptable? Please let me know. Thanks.
