From: Hamilton County Sheriff's Office
Good morning, I received yesterday a records request for records pertaining to James D. Richard. The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office cannot fill several of these requests because the records do not belong to us. However, I will respond to this request formally when I have a copy of the Tennessee driver's license or Tennessee state identification card of either Kent Hoover or Nina Schutzman.
Thank you.
