Request for Records – March 23, 2025 Incident Involving Juvenile Aggravated Assault – Harris County, TX

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting all records related to a juvenile aggravated assault incident that occurred in Houston, Texas, on or about Sunday, March 23, 2025, involving three teenage sisters ages 14, 15, and 16. The case was reported by ABC13 and the Harris County Sheriff's Office.

According to reports, the teens allegedly attacked their mother inside their home after she turned off the Wi-Fi. One of the teens struck the mother with a brick, and their grandmother was reportedly knocked down while trying to protect the victim.

All three teens were arrested and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Facility, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

I am requesting:

Initial offense and arrest reports

Incident call logs and dispatch audio

Any available body-worn camera or dashcam footage

Booking information for the juveniles (if releasable under Texas law)

Any supplemental reports or affidavits filed in relation to the incident

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
